1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "8bat", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 8bat platform and the entity operating it under an international gaming licence.
• "Platform" means the 8bat website accessible at 8bat.org, including all associated services, products, software, and content.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 8bat Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created on the 8bat Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a User's Account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds held separately.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or reward amounts granted by 8bat to a User's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency of the 8bat Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process 8bat is obligated to conduct on its users under applicable licensing conditions.

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 8bat Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 8bat Platform and, if applicable, request the closure of your Account.

3Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of the 8bat Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 8bat strictly prohibits access by persons under 21. Age verification documentation may be requested at any time.
• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual acting in a personal capacity, not on behalf of a corporate entity or as a professional gambling operator.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of 8bat, nor an immediate family member of any such person, unless 8bat has provided explicit written consent to your participation.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from the 8bat Platform or any related platform operated under the same licence.

8bat reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide reasons for such refusal. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated funds.

4Account Management

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the 8bat Platform. The operation of multiple accounts, whether under the same name, different names, shared payment methods, shared devices, or shared IP addresses, is strictly prohibited. 8bat employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or permit any other person to access your Account.

• You must notify 8bat support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• 8bat will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• All transactions conducted from your Account will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach in advance.
• 8bat may, at its discretion, require additional identity verification before processing withdrawals or approving high-value transactions. This forms part of our KYC obligations.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee or closure at 8bat's discretion, subject to prior notice to the email address registered on the Account.

8bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe the Account is being used in breach of these Terms & Conditions, for fraudulent purposes, or in a manner that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other users.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 8bat Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 8bat supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. 8bat reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. 8bat does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your Account and are subject to change.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to applicable limits and KYC clearance.
• 8bat processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. Mobile wallet withdrawals via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed fastest. Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to standard inter-bank processing windows.
• 8bat does not charge fees on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which 8bat accepts no responsibility.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 8bat may request supporting documentation before releasing funds where required under our KYC and anti-money laundering obligations.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the 8bat Platform is conducted subject to the specific rules applicable to each product — sports betting, live casino, and slots. These product-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. 8bat does not accept requests to void or amend bets after they have been placed, except where an obvious technical error has occurred on the Platform's side.
• In the event of a technical failure, network interruption, or system error during an active game or bet, 8bat will apply its standard dispute resolution procedure. The outcome of any incomplete game round will be determined in accordance with the relevant game provider's rules.
• 8bat reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneous odds, whether arising from human error, a technical fault, or a data feed error. Bets placed on events where the outcome was already known at the time of placement will be voided.
• The maximum payout per single bet or game session on 8bat is subject to limits displayed within the Platform. These limits may vary by product and market type.
• 8bat operates a mathematical house edge on all casino games. No betting system, strategy, or pattern of play is capable of overcoming the house edge in the long term. 8bat makes no representation that any strategy will result in profit.
• Live betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time at 8bat's discretion, particularly during critical moments in a sporting event or where data integrity cannot be guaranteed.

7Bonuses & Promotions

8bat offers promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are displayed at the point of claim. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users aged 21 and above only. 8bat reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only, one per person, household, device, and IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds will be removed from your Account automatically.
• 8bat reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time. Where possible, reasonable notice will be provided to affected users.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or low-risk strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements — will be considered a breach of these Terms & Conditions. 8bat may void winnings and close the Account of any user found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8bat Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts for any purpose, including circumventing a previous suspension or self-exclusion.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using stolen, borrowed, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to make deposits.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to cycle funds through deposit and withdrawal transactions without genuine gaming activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain without promptly reporting the issue to 8bat support.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripted systems to interact with the Platform in any way not expressly authorised by 8bat.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or other multi-player environments.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption relating to sporting events offered on the 8bat sportsbook.
• Attempting to access another user's Account without authorisation.
• Conducting any activity on the Platform that violates applicable law, including anti-money laundering legislation and counter-terrorism financing regulations.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the 8bat Platform — including but not limited to the 8bat brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of 8bat or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 8bat.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any software forming part of the Platform.
• Using the 8bat brand name, logo, or other trademarks in any context without explicit written authorisation.
• Framing, scraping, or data-mining any portion of the Platform for commercial purposes.

Any unauthorised use of 8bat's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may give rise to legal action.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8bat's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8bat shall not be liable for any of the following, whether foreseeable or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from technical failures, server outages, network disruptions, or force majeure events outside 8bat's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any content, odds, or information displayed on the Platform that contains an error subsequently corrected by 8bat.

11Responsible Gaming

8bat is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire user base. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or personal harm. 8bat provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps from your Account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been active on the Platform for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, your Account cannot be used for any betting or gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account and block yourself from re-registering. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period selected.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your net session result and time spent on the Platform during the current session.

12Amendments to These Terms

8bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — 8bat will provide reasonable prior notice via the email address registered to your Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Where amendments are minor or administrative in nature, they may take effect immediately upon publication without individual notice. The effective date at the top of these Terms & Conditions will be updated accordingly.

Your continued use of the 8bat Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure through our support team.

13Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 8bat holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

In the event of a dispute regarding a specific bet or game outcome, you must contact 8bat support within 30 days of the disputed transaction. 8bat will investigate and provide a written response within a reasonable timeframe. If you remain unsatisfied following 8bat's internal resolution, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution service.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit your statutory rights as a consumer where such rights cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
